    I would rate them lower if I could. This banking establishment, is something of a terrible customer service center. I sold car for 5 years in the valley, and now understand why so many people will not have an auto loan through rogue. My problem, terrible customer service. Sad part it's the bank manager. Just because you say something slower and louder doesn't mean it will be understood differently...
