  I’ve just finished the processing of moving and purchasing a home for the 4th time, and this is the 2nd time that Mike Newmann and the NEWMANN Group with Evergreen Home Loans has been able to make that a reality for me. Throughout the entirety of the experience every member of the staff has been friendly, responsive, competent and thorough. Even though the process of financing the purchase of a new home always provides ample opportunity for mistakes and dropped balls, their high level of professionalism is put to impressive use in anticipating next steps before they occur, making sure they are as prepared as humanly possible for those activities and that you, the home purchaser, are in touch and informed throughout the process. For the inevitable oddball issue that may pop up, their teamwork, experience, and competence allow for quick resolution of issues to keep things on track. I will definitely be looking to Mike Newmann and The NEWMANN Group should I need to finance another home in the future, and I believe you would be doing yourself a favor by giving them a chance to earn your business and trust.

  After having a friend recommend Mike and his team I figured I would give them a call for a refinance. We had some unique circumstances to deal with, and I knew if there was a way to do this we were going to need someone knowledgeable and straightforward. I called Mike and explained our situation. He actually listened! He didn't assume anything. He asked questions to thoroughly understand our situation and wanted to make sure that before we started the process he knew it would work. I appreciated that he didn't want to waste our time or his. Within less than a week we were good to go, and within a month from originally calling Mike, our refinance was complete! Throughout the process Mike and his team kept in contact with us, were always available to answer any questions, and we never felt like we were a bother. Even after closing they have followed up and kept in contact. Its not just "close the deal and move on to the next person" it's a relationship that's been built. If you're looking to refinance or purchase, I would highly recommend the Newmann Team! They care about what's best for you, and you're not going to get the runaround. Just honest, knowledgeable answers from a team of people that actually care.
