  Had Silvia McTevia as my broker. BIG mistake. She was not aware of FHA inspection requirements, said I would receive funds minus roofing costs at closing, then surprised me with a 50% hold on the funds. Huge mess.

  Please, Beware! i-mortgage at 3389 crater lake Hwy Medford,Or. Have done a great job of my Homelessness & Hopelessness after going to them for a simple loan on a 2000 sq ft house with detached shop cost $70,000 home. I had $30,000 for a down the Agent said you only need 12k down FHA loan I told her it was time for a roof and paint instead of a re-hab loan she messed it all up hard to reach! Finally private sell went sour! I'm a totally disabled native Oregonian whom worked hard for years & to be Homeless due to a non-responsible agent in training? I hope some day Sylvia & family lose all to her own judgement! How would you like your beans cooked? Use other leaders God I wish I had!!My family too ! Don't deserve a star but, the only way to tell the truth!
