  This is the second time I have used this branch and will never again. I had the same agent both times and she is cold and rude this time I go through the drive through and want to deposit come cash, I usually hand them my debit card, id and the money. She asked for a deposit slip so I turn away to fill it out and turn back about 10 seconds later and she is gone. I waited for about a minuet and she never returned. I left and went to my other bank. I am about to close my chase account.

  I don't know if their customer service is just absolute crap period, or if corporate has made so many restrictions on them that they are forced to make everything as difficult as possible, thus resulting in being completely terrible at customer service...either way, I'm done with this company and this branch is why. Their rudeness and refusal to do anything for the customer already caused me to close my bank accounts. However, I still had my credit cards. I was going in 2-3x per week to make a cash payment on my cards. Today, I lost my ID, and went in to make an $800 cash payment. THEY REFUSED TO TAKE MY PAYMENT BECAUSE I DIDN'T HAVE MY ID. Are you kidding me!? You see me 2-3x per week, often greet me by name, for the exact same transaction, but won't take a payment because my ID card isn't on hand this ONE time??? What exactly are you doing with my ID? I'm DONE. This is the last straw. I'm paying these cards off and closing my credit cards, and you can be sure I'll be letting them know this branch is why. Just a joke. The worst customer experience I've ever seen.

  CHOOSE a different bank, any bank, as this one is understaffed and could care less about their clients. Beyond horrible customer service. The ONLY reason I even opened an account at Chase is because I needed a bank that wasn't Wells Fargo, (because, deplorable newsworthy shenanigans) that had branches in Southern Oregon and Northern California The only reason I chose this branch, is because after calling 3 other branches, it was the only one where I could get an appointment to open a new account that day (I was calling at 9:00 a.m.) So, I drove 40 minutes from my house to open the account at this branch. It's in a huge beautiful building with a lot of desks and offices, but when I got there at 2:00 for my appointment, there were exactly two people working- a teller and the guy who helped me open my account. Should have run out the door without looking back at that point, but alas, I did not. Today, I called about 3:30 to get information about sending a wire transfer, which needs to be at the title company by tomorrow, and after being put on hold by an extremely young and inexperienced employee, i was told that they had be done by 2:00 to be sent the same day. I replied no problem, as I didn't need it until tomorrow, so the fact that it was already 2:00 didn't matter. I tried to find out how long it would take, but she hung up. At 5:00, after driving 20 minutes across town in traffic, I got to the branch and was told they didn't have the requisite 2 qualified people to send a wire. I was incredulous, astonished and annoyed and I'm sure my "what??!!??" Reflected that, to which the person chided me and said sternly, as if speaking to a child "I just told you, we don't have enough people here who can do that." Did I mention that I had previously called? That the bank, while open until 6:00, is not staffed to take care of basic banking needs at 5:00? That no one told me any of that when I called? Instead they acted like I was somehow in the wrong for wanting to handle a routine banking matter an hour before the bank closed? They expressed no concern for my needs whatsoever and were more interested in maintaining their poor attitudes. Not once did they apologize or offer a solution. I started to leave, but turned back around to get their names as I plan to issue a complaint with their management (which could be tricky since they don't appear to have any), and I asked if they could recommend another branch that might have 2 people available... You guessed it ... Made it to that branch by 5:15 and they too did not have two people available with enough competence to send a wire transfer, and the same bad attitudes. For the love of God!!!! This is what banks do all day long, except apparently for Chase, who only do it during some of the hours that their "full service" branches are open, and it's up to their hapless customers to figure out when. Horrible, horrible customer service. I will be closing this account as soon as I can. Buyer beware.
